The boys are back and this time they're going French. Join Clarkson, Hammond and May as they investigate the wonderfully weird world of French cars on their latest Grand Tour adventure. The trio enter the bizarre world of French car culture on a road trip that begins in Wales. They experience a petrifying mountain climb, the perils of bomb disposal while in a moving vehicle, an eccentric propellor-driven car, and the most exhilarating race they have ever experienced. This is all before they reach the English Channel for a medieval enidng involving a trebuchet and a Citreon C3 Pluriel. To top it all off, there is also a touch of French art house cinema along the way.
